Refund policy

Returns/Cancellations:
Szabo's Arcades purchases material for orders ahead of printing time. Items are printed in the order they come in. 
-Cancellations are only allowed if you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
--You may not cancel your order even if you no longer have or want the cabinet you intended to put the art on, but you may keep the store credit and that item will not be delivered. 
-There are no refunds for customized items.
-Returns/exchanges are only accepted for damaged products due to delivery or items that
do not fit due to company's error. 
-To receive the above return/exchange. All requests must be completed within 7 days of delivery. You must send us an email with the following or we can not submit a claim and the customer forfeits the refunds/exchange 
--one photo of original box from USPS/UPS with shipping label
--one photo of any box damage 
--at least one photo of damaged item(s)
We will than issue a return label (unless it is deemed not required) and either refund the product or create a new one. 

COVID-19 information: 
There may be unexpected delays in order delivery times. 


Shipping update:
There have been numerous delays in USPS and UPS. Items have taken up to 3 week post ship date. Szabo's Arcades is not responsible for shipping delays. However, we will work with both deliver services to ensure your product reaches its final destination. <br><br>
